Shotgun Honeymoon's new record Forgone Conclusion is 10 square tracks with all the elements of Dave Matthews as produced by Glen Ballard, or John Mayer before he sold enough records to play the music he wanted. Crisp jangly acoustic guitars, vocals that are well on key if not in time or in rhyme, and appropriate accompaniment. This record is so clean you could eat off of it. Is it ground breaking?
