Brooklynvegan is supplying the 411 on two great indie acts heading to our great phallic territory.  The first is Sun Kil Moon, aka Mark Kozelek, as you all know from the poignant (yet somewhat sad sack) Red House Painters.   This is a solo accoustical performance, so bring your girlfriends, you emo pansies.

Murder By Death, is something completely different. The Bloomington, Indian act just plain reminds me of the song "Rawhide," pure testoterone Americana rock.  I don't own one, but I yearn for life on the road alone on a Harley (or a Vespa, aka the Jewish chopper!).  I wholly recommend their new LP, Red Of Tooth And Claw.
